Purpose of collection
Any photos and videos uploaded through this site are contributed freely and will be used exclusively for the purpose of Fr. Philip's birthday celebration. That includes compiling them into a keepsake slideshow, photo book, or similar commemorative format to be shared with Fr. Philip and guests of the party.
Retention & deletion
All uploaded files, including any captions and this site's records of them, will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the birthday celebration. Nothing uploaded here will be retained, sold, syndicated, or used for any other purpose.
Your representations
By uploading, you confirm that:
- You either took the content yourself or have permission from the person who did.
- Anyone clearly identifiable in the photos or videos has consented to being recorded and shared within this celebration.
- You are not uploading anything unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or content that infringes anyone else's rights.
- If content includes minors, a parent or guardian is comfortable with the content being shared at this private event.
Grant of use
You grant Fr. Philip, the party organizers, and their helpers a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, edit, and reproduce the uploaded content solely for the celebration described above. This licence ends when the content is deleted.
Removal requests
If you change your mind and want something removed before the party, contact the organizer and the file (and its caption, if any) will be deleted promptly.
No warranty & limitation of liability
This site is provided on a best-effort basis for a private event. It is offered "as is", without warranties of any kind, and the organizers are not liable for any loss of files, interruption of service, or unintended disclosure resulting from use of the site.
Privacy
The site stores only what you upload and a minimal log (filename, timestamp, size, and any caption you add). It does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and no data is sent to third parties.
